INDORE: India gave a thrashing defeat to England by 54 runs in the second One day international today at Maharani Usharaje Trust Cricket Ground, Indore.In their innings, England could not show the vigour peculiar to them and was all out in 47 overs.The speciality of the England batting was fifty by Owais Shah (58) with at least eight 4s, followed by Andrew Flintoff who crashed 43 runs with the help of four 4s and three sixers.Earlier, India won the toss and elected to bat first and gave a devastating total of 292 runs.
