ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court has preserved the verdict on petition regarding including the names of State Bank of Pakistan Governor Dr Shamshad Akhtar and former Pervez Musharraf in the exit control list on Tuesday.The petition filed by Barrister Javed Iqbal Jaffery, said that the former president appointed SBP Governor Dr Shamshad Akhtar by overriding the merit, adding as a result of her miscalculated policies, the national economy is on the verge of bankruptcy.The plaintiff pleaded the court to sack Shamshad Akhtar from her SBP seat and include her and former president in the ECL.Chief Justice Sardar Mohammed Aslam preserved the verdict on the case.
