ISLAMABAD: A Military official has rejected the Indian claim of arrest of a Pakistani soldier Ghulam Farid who crossed Line of Control (LOC) towards Indian side.The official on Tuesday said Sepoy Ghulam Farid No 4319148 deserted himself from Okara on June 6, 2006. "He (Ghulam Farid) is certainly not an army employee nor his unit is not deployed on LOC," the official said.He said India might have apprehended Farid sometime back and now trying to ploy this drama due to present situation.
