
WASHINGTON: Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has said Pakistan and India were not on the path of collision after Mumbai attacks though there is concern in these South Asian countries. In a television interview Rice said her recent visit of New Delhi was to show solidarity with India and to express sympathy with the victims of Mumbai terror strikes. She said both Pakistan and India have been urged to bring the terrorists to justice.The secretary of state said that the United States has friendly ties with both countries. “Pakistan and India have taken good measures to improve bilateral relations.”
