Just on the part where you mentioned that Aamir and Salman got a big blow from SRK - so I just want to say that SRK is known to bring money in Award ceremony to BUY awards and no wonder he must have bribe Newsweek mazazine for it. To prove myself "THEORY" you will see him soon on the cover of TIME magazine.
On the other hand Aamir is much much better actor as a professional (He had proved in "Lagaan" although SRK tried samething with same director/crew "Swadesh" and had a flop in boxoffice), Salman is known for his kind heartedness(Dus Ka Dum). And SRK is known to make money money money (as he always says in his interviews)
